Pembroke Pines Proclaims Muslim Heritage Month

City of Pembroke Pines Commission on April 20, 2022 proclaimed April to be Muslim Heritage Month and May 2 to be Muslim Day at the commission meeting at the city hall.

Special thanks to commissioner Thomas Good, his wife Patti Good, and our own sisters Naima Khan Ghany and Afeefa Abdool Ghany for their support.

 

Thank you City of Pembroke Pines, FL for an inclusive and interfaith based proclamation and recognition of the month of Ramadan for Muslim residents along with other Representative of Masjid Jammat ul  Mutaqeen, the Islamic Foundation of South Florida, and the Islamic Center of Broward, President and Board members of Friends Of Humanity International, Director Asiantimes USA  Media Group Musharaf Khan with City of Pembroke Pines Commission, City Manager, and Police Chief was also present at the event.* Mashallah.
